Kesha M. Dawson Harris

Affectionately known as Agent K, Ms. Harris is part of an elite group of tax professionals licensed by the Department of Treasury. Enrolled Agents (EAs) are America’s Tax Experts and are the only federally licensed tax practitioners specializing in taxation. EAs have unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.  Ms. Harris brings over 23 years of tax experience to every client she represents.

Ms. Harris earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. She went on to complete her Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute.

Ms. Harris is an active member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents (NAEA), National Society of Tax Professionals (NSTP) and the American Bar Association (ABA).  She has served as the Florida Society of Enrolled Agents (FSEA) Orlando Chapter President for three years and most recently became FSEA’s first African American elected as President.

After working for several years in the Tax Resolution Industry, Ms. Harris is returning to private practice. She is President of The Resilient Tax Group, Inc., a tax firm specializing in tax preparation and representation services such as offer in compromises, audit reconsideration, and installment agreements.

When she is not protecting taxpayers’ rights, Ms. Harris enjoys watching American Greed with her Chiweenie, Woodford.
